CDB

The Nortel PBX assigns certain resources and information to specific Customers. In order to set a customer number for resources, a Customer Data Block (CDB) must be configured in Overlay 15.

Create a CDB

A Customer Data Block (CDB) is separated into many smaller datablocks which may each be administered individually.

• Log Into the PBX
• Load Overlay 21
• Execute the PRT Command
• Enter CDB as the TYPE
• Enter 0 as the CUST
