Creating a Basic ACD

Overview

ACD queues are administered in Overlay 23.

PBX Programming Procedures

Create a New ACD

Print and Verify the ACD

• Log into the PBX
• Load Overlay 23
• Execute the PRT command
• Specify ACD as the TYPE
• Specify the correct Customer Number (CUST)
• Specify an ACDN to print, or enter carriage return to print all ACDNs.
