Rep Power: 5 ![]() | RE: how sending a file to facsimile machine behind PBX over From your description, I am guessing that you have a MDS/IMG. If this is the case, do you not currently have a CS-24 or is your old one defective? If it is defective, what are the symptoms? CS-24 cards are not the easiest in the world to get working correctly, however when they work, they are pretty much bullet proof.

Rep Power: 0 ![]() | RASC We do have a CS-24 card and it is defective. We had our vendor out to our switch who, with the help of NEC on the phone, came to the conclusion that the board is bad. I was told that one of the Eproms went. I found a different vendor who said they could repair it. We sent it off to them but haven't heard yet if it can be repaired. In case this one could not be repaired, we wanted a replacement or a spare since we found how hard it is to get one. It is causing great havoc in our hotel because we are without PMS.
