What type of system do you really have?

My fault. It is a 2400 IMS with the hotel/motel package. It does not have a module for PMS only the PA-CS24 card.

I was told that our switch was a single density upgraded to mixed density and is why they used that card.

RE: how sending a file to facsimile machine behind PBX over

Update:

Unfortunately Optus does not have the card. If anyone else has a lead on this card, I am still in the market.

From your description, I am guessing that you have a MDS/IMG. If this is the case, do you not currently have a CS-24 or is your old one defective?

If it is defective, what are the symptoms? CS-24 cards are not the easiest in the world to get working correctly, however when they work, they are pretty much bullet proof.

RASC

We do have a CS-24 card and it is defective.

We had our vendor out to our switch who, with the help of NEC on the phone, came to the conclusion that the board is bad. I was told that one of the Eproms went.

I found a different vendor who said they could repair it. We sent it off to them but haven't heard yet if it can be repaired.

In case this one could not be repaired, we wanted a replacement or a spare since we found how hard it is to get one.

It is causing great havoc in our hotel because we are without PMS.
