| Junior Member  | VOIP REGULATION AT A GLANCE This PR says GlobalTouch uses new ATA, which allows their VOIP customers to keep traditional POTS 911 access from the local phone company. According to the company "Life Line POTS support allows the customer the ability to utilize a standard phone line to access E911 service in the event of power or Internet outages.” http://www.thedigest.com/articles/172/20.html Hmmmmmm.
