SX-200 ICP ... HOW DO YOU TALK TO THIS THING

I am trying to find telephone equipment that will perform the following tasks:
1) answer a telephone
2) insert the messages into an access database
3) will have capability to verify data source by callback.
This the most basic equipment possible for this task would be the best choice.
Can anybody tell me what equipment I need or point me in the direction of someone that can assist me.

Thanks

Trying to determine what Equipment I need

Can you be more specific:

Insert a message? Are you speaking of a Voice Message link to a .wav or a Caller ID capture?

BTW I'm an Access Programmer (VBA) - Check out Pbxinsight our our related site. http://www.pbxinsight.com

Does it have to answer the phone or do you just want to capture the call info?

wanted to know wether md110 can appear an id caller

I want to have a person r persons call in with data. I want the machine to repeat the data back to them to verify correctness (or some other method of verification) At this time the data will be inserted into a temporary database.
Lastly, A verificatin call will be made to the person or persons to verify they did insert the data (security)

You'll still need to be a bit more specific (I understand if you're trying to protect your idea)..

Basically there are (2) types of systems that will work with 'collection' of data and both will require the following:

1. A PBX that will handle and answer PRI calls,
2. A PBX system with Voice Messaging (this prompts the caller for information)
3. A Call Back system.

Systems:
1. IVR systems have been around for a while and some even come in complete 'turn key' systems. Check out: http://www.easyivr.com/. This system has the following features:
  • Broadcast messages to individuals and answering machines
    with different messages.
Do Not Call checks for bulk message blast campaigns
Voice blast messages to millions of households
Computer generated phone calls for alerts and automatic
event notifications such as system failures
Single Message broadcast using XML Push
    Customized touchphone responses
    ACD systems (Call Routing) features
    Database access for Telephone Services
    Text To Speech Data Conversions
Email notification of call results or voicemail
Remote database access with XML Pull
Call transfer to live agents with intelligent call routing
Remote call transfer through dial out
Timeout features and call control options
Touchphone response control for both parties
Bulk message blast with low flat rates
Comprehensive online reporting and call management
Automatic opt out feature through call identification
Professional voice over talent for on hold message voice overs

2. PBX system with designed Third Party Applications. In order to use MS Access as your DB, you'll need a MySQL Server app that communicates with your particular choice of PBX. Again, the PBX you choose will need Voice Messaging in most cases.

At any rate, click on the easyivr link and see if that's what you're looking for - it should at least give you some ideas...

Good Luck,
Chas2002

. HI,
I think it would definately be the third party type applications I am interestedin. the first one really didnt have the callback feature I needed. I wasnt sure becaure the first one had many features that sounded pretty necessary in some ways so basically a hybrid of the old and new. dont want to sound confusing but I want to program but not everything..

I studdered because clicked wrong button before checking, sorry. Anyhow, I think I misunderstood what you were saying after rereading.. So IVR is one type of PBX and I will need the voice mesaging and callback separately? I got that the IPX you mentioned had everything except the callback.
Is that correct? So I will have to request additional module type things in addition to this pbx system?

Modem Compatibility???

Right - To get it to work the way you want you will need to 'marry' a couple of applications off of a PBX with Voice Messaging.

If you're new to PBX and Third Party Apps - PM me with what you are trying to accomplish and I'll give you a list of Manufactuers and Products.
