Location: Jonesboro AR Rep Power: 8 ![]() | Hosted IP Centrex, Insert 9 Does anyone know how to insert a digit prefix (dial 9 for instance) on a SIP phone for redialed calls? Example... (999) 888-7777 calls SIP phone (666) 555-4444 and the call is answered. Later, (666) 555-4444 wants to dial (999) 888-7777 from the set's call log but due to the requirements of the IP service to which they subscribe, a dial-out code of 9 is required. Any ideas? Location: Arkansas Rep Power: 5 ![]() | My guess is that you will have to dial a "9" and a pause on the SIP phone when placing a call just as you would on an anlog set attached to at PBX using redial on the set instead of the PBX. __________________ Two snips, a snort, a turn, a fly, and a grunt, and it was so simple, like the jitterbug, it plum evaded me! | ||||||||
