Location: Piscataway Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Hello Everyone, I am hoping someone can help me on this. I have a call center about 25 agents. For holiday time we hire temporary help and my issue is setting up these agents without a physical phone. I have created the device profile in the CM and they can log in successfully to the phone (with extension mobility) however, the problem is logging into the Desktop Agent (ID cound not be found) is displayed. I am sure that I have missed something but can't put my finger on it. Any help you can provide will be greatly appreciated. Sheila | ||||||||
