I Work for a carrier and am not familiar with the Vodavi line of equipment. I have been working with a customers vendor to turn up a t1 using e&m wink trunks. He tells me he is using a Vodavi STS system. The problem is the vendor says he is provisioned for E&M wink, but he is not winking when I send him an off-hook. Does anybody know what he is missing?

Just for the record, the vendor did a whole system restart, not just the card or shelf. I believe he simply did a power down power up, then his trunks began to wink as per normal.
