Hi All,
Does anyone know how to recover a lost administrators password on a VOdavi XTSc system?

Factory Reset is also a viable option if there is no other way.

I know of no way. You might try using Windba for XTS and see if you can see it there. You don't have to have the admin password to connect and download from the system with it. I have not tried this so don't know if it will work or not.

The system admin password is not listed in Windba anywhere. You can download the database to the admin program, reset the system to default, and then upload.

This may be too late, but the Admin password is listed in Windba in the system features, features/features page on the right side, about half way down. You'll need a recent dnl save, which you can import into a new Windba data base.
