For the most part, a rock solid product. We have sold them for years with very little probs, most of which are solved very quickly with a call to tech support. Also, the systems are very flexible as far as programming goes.

There is a software program called Win DBA, or you can connect with Procomm and such. There is also an admin prog for the xts. Both will allow you to program a system from a pc and upload to the switch.
