Location: San Diego, CA Rep Power: 39 ![]() | Has anyone integrated a Predictive Dialer with a Vodavi Telenium VOIP system? If so, wondering about if the simulating of a T-1 from the predictive dialer had any issues. Thanks, ThePhoneLady!! ![]()

Have not done any VOIP on the XTS yet, but thats only because the oppourtunity has not been there. How well does the Telenium work? __________________ Two snips, a snort, a turn, a fly, and a grunt, and it was so simple, like the jitterbug, it plum evaded me!

There are some things about VOIP use that lead me to prefer the combined technology of traditional telephony and VOIP by using the XTS instead when VOIP is needed for remote or network connectivity. That being again the ease of use from already knowing the XTS and then just adding a VOIP card into the system. I have only put in a few of the Teleniums, but so far very smooth on each of them. Key is really having a qualified IT manager on the customer side to maintain their own systems after the install. I have encountered a few customer situations where the customer does not have this, and really just makes it harder and a struggle to really get the customer comfortable and really own what they have. Thanks, ThePhoneLady!!

The management powers that be in their infinate wisdom removed our Nortel system and installed an Altigen because "it was cutting edge technology". Damn thing works about 75% of the time. I have several of the hybrid VOIP systems from Nortel (BCM & Succession) in operation and very rarely hear from them. Would like to now do a Vodavi. I like the XTS very well, so that would be the logical next step. __________________ Two snips, a snort, a turn, a fly, and a grunt, and it was so simple, like the jitterbug, it plum evaded me!

I can assure you, the XTS really is smooth with the VOIP network options and still keeps you also having the traditional phone environment as you are used to it. We are using the XTS in our own office with the VOIP card to remote offices and works like a champ. We also have had very smooth success using the VOIP card for networking up to 4 or more sites each with XTS's on their site. All went in smooth and have never had any return service calls yet once they went in. I am really starting to like the Telenium more though I guess, as it is with any change of technology. Getting to learn a new number plan is nothing compared to a system that just runs only 75% of the time!! Good luck!! ThePhoneLady!!
