hello,
We have quite a few customers complaining of low volume for their messages and greetings. We have a Unity 4.2 connected to Option 81c via 10 PIMGs. Then a few option 11c connected to the 81. Most of the people complaining about volume are at remote sites. All remotes are connected via PRI. I have already set the message playback volume on loud. Any other ideas?

Make sure AGC is enabled, I belive it is by default on 4.2. If all the greetings are low you could try using the set volume utility.
