CUCM 6.0 analog phone ring amount

Hello,

I need to adjust the ring amount on one phone. I have a user that wants her phone to ring 6 times instead of 4 times before Unity Voice mail kicks in. This phone does not belong in any Hunt group. It is one extension. I have not been able to find out where to change the amount of rings. Any help would be great.

We are Using CUCM 6.0 and Unity 2.1. I have been told by CISCO that this is the Unity Express bundle.

I haven't played yet but would assume this is a setting held on the call manager, either global or available on the set level itself.

That is where I would start looking.

Phone----Line
Then go down to the bottom and change "Ring Duration" to 18 or 20. This setting is in Seconds and 18-20 should get you 4-5 rings.
