When the local lec brings down the T1 the customer has to reboot the dk everytime why is that, shouldn't it come back up automatically what is wrong..

It should come back up automatically. What are your T-1 settings and have you verified SF or ESF status?

Do you have a CSU and what happens to the status lights when it goes down and comes back up?
