Hi There,
Does anyone have a PDF file for programming/install for a CTX100 and user guides for DKT2020 and DKT2010 ?

Any help is greatly appreicated

You really need a program in your laptop such as CTX manager or eManager to administer. Trying to do stuff by button programming is worthless. I would see if you could partner with some Toshiba dealer who wants to have extra techs available and work with them.

Thanks for the link. It had some great info, and lots of info that our vendor didn't provide to us.
