| Is it possible to use a serial port or an analog station port from the 424i to integrate with a 3rd party Hotel/Motel Property Management system. The primary purpose would be to change outgoing COS. And if so where could I find the related integration specs or programming options in the manual? I am aware of Toshiba's proprietary Hotel management software but the site already has a system they wish to integrate that uses RS232 or analog (DTMF signals) for control and room status change. Only SMDR is currently set up for call accounting to the front desk. Thanks any input would be appreciated. | ||||||||
