Rep Power: 0 ![]() | I've got a CTX100 and one extension is having a problem where if it's busy and someone from the outside calls in the CTX says, "That was an invalid entry." But, if it's busy and another internal extension calls it the system just says that it's busy and gives the standard options. Any ideas what would cause that and how to fix it?
