| I've been trying for the past week to program my phone system. I have the programming manual for the system, but for some reason the programming does not work as described. What I'm trying to do: CO Line 1 should ring PDN 000 which appears three times on Port 000 and as a SDN twice on Port 001. I also want CO Line 1 to appear on ports 003, 004, 005 as CO Lines. ( I'm trying to achieve this setup by using programs 04, 33, 39, 81, *81) My first problem is that after the first call on CO Line 1 is received the next person that calls receives a busy signal. I have not been able to solve this problem. Therefore, I haven't been able to test the Hunting feature that I want. This is my first time programming a phone system so be nice! | ||||||||

Rep Power: 0 ![]() | first off you don't put a co line on a phone more than once. If you have more lines in the system then correct the roll over problem with the local teleco and add lines 1-4 or how many you have to the system and program line apperances in program 39 and give line access in program 40 and 41 and then program ring to the sets you want in programs 81-89 | ||||||||
