DK 40i - I need some help on programming. What program do I use for automatic line selection. Right now when a user picks up a phone he gets line 6, someone else picks up a phone and gets line 5 and so on down to line 1. How do I change it so when some one picks up the phone it grabs line 1 first, then 2, then 3 and so on? I tried Program 32, but nothing happened. I need it for all the stations(10-17). What program should I use and exactly how should it be entered via the phone.

The way we have it set up at my work is using Program 32 000*019 102

I would recommend just retrying that. and don't forget when you do Progam 32 its the logical port number not the station port number so if you changed any station port/logical port assignments with Program 4 you will have to adjust accordingly
