Setting a phone to ring on incoming calls

Hi,
We have a ctx100 that I'm trying to get another phone to ring with the others that already ring for incoming calls.

I've set (in eManager) the phone to be in the same pickup group as the rest of the attendant stations, but it still doesn't ring.

I tried to get our regular support people (who sold & set up the system) to help but once they discovered no multiple call group was defined for attendants it was "We'll have to research it and call you back" several days ago.

Anyone have any hints on where I should look?

TIA

Do you have a PRI or Analog trunks? Do the CO lines show up on the phone you want to ring?

We have a PRI. I have the lines appearing on the phone. I have one button as PDN with immediate for day1/day2/night and DN buttons for all the incoming lines.

Eureka! I think this is it. The DN buttons for each of the incoming lines show as no ring for Day1/Day2/Night. The are marked to ring for the attendant phones that work. Does this make sense?

more than likely you have "pool" keys on the phones that are working. Look at the button programming on the phones that are ringing and if there is a button labeled "pool" that is how it is ringing.

Put a pool key on the phone you want to ring and you should be good to go.
