I feel stupid. I have worked on Nortel PBX's for 25 years and I can't figure out how to program a Toshiba DK 40i station. All I need to add is call forward no answer to Voice mail. I figure it is done in a Class of Service program, but I can't find any reference in the programming sheets left on site. Help

This is done at each phone not in system programing , Intercom #603 , VM pilot number , speed dial key , no answer time in seconds , redial.
