Hello to all!, My name is Frank I am happy to join your Forum.
I am now responsible for a Toshiba Strata DK424 (model DKSUE424A) with three extra trunks on it (a monster, growls like one too). I have all the manuals for it and plenty of documentation as well as a DOS version of StratagyDK admin console connected via a Null Modem.
What I was hoping to learn with your help is to move the Security access terminal to my IT office, currently it's two floors up at our receptionist desk for some reason she has two switch boards behind her desk I guess the second switch board is for training purposes but it also happens to be the only terminal I can alter Caller IDs and such. I'm sure I'll eventually figure it out with alot of reading or a $200 an hour visit from a Telexpert personnel.
Ultimately I just want to know if I move the security terminal to my IT office will it effect the second switch board at our receptionist desk?. And ahh oh yeah it don't look like it but is it possible to change caller IDs useing the StratagyDK admin console?.
