What do you recommend for keys
What do you recommend for key programming when you have > 8 lines?
Is it recommended to have a couple PDN buttons?

Most of the handsets are 10 key buttons.

Unless you are looking to set is up as a key system (trunk appearances) showing up on each phone, I would use Pool Keys. I put three pool keys on the phones that are going to ring for incoming lines.

The users would need to dial 9 to get an outside line.
