MWI and GMVU

I am having a problem getting the CIX40 voice mail to light MWI on DP5000 phones.
I get a message on the display showing that a new message has arrived but the MWI light does not illuminate.
Also if I dial the access code for VM I just get a message asking me for the extension I was to contact.

Any Ideas?

P.S is there any way I can review the last 10 numbers dialled?

In the programming in emanager, you need to setup the voicemail integration.

More than likely the Message Center extension has not been setup and the VMID's have not been setup...

Message lamps will work after you do this.

You can set the Call history to 10 thru emanager on an extension by extension basis. It should be under the basic tab under the extension programming.

I will have to check in emanager and comeback to you re MWI
I have set the call history to 10 and create a CLID key on the handset, but it only shows incoming calls. How do I access the history for outgoing calls?

you should be able to hit redial and scroll thru on the softkey...

Other than that, you will have to use Netphone or a thirdparty application.
