seting up ARS

Hi I need a little help setting up ARS.
the system we have has 2 sets of lines. 4 x isdn and 2 x GSM gateways. We would like to set it up so that if anyone wants to make a call to a mobile phone (07xxx) the call is routed over the GSM gateways and if these are not available the ISDN2 lines. Any ideas?

I've done this before. You can do this thru the routing tables and tell the system if you see these digits dialed, go out of the rt. I would have to be looking at it to get it to work though.
