Question One extension will not ring to voicemail

Hello, and thank you very much for your kind assistance.

I am attempting to assist with a Strata DK 40i voicemail issue, but I have no idea what is the problem, and I would like to ask your advice please.

All extensions ring the default 4 times and then go to the voicemail box of that extension, except for one, which happens to be ext 19.

This extension will ring when dialed internally, and it will ring when called from the voicemail greeting, but it will never transfer into voicemail.

I ensured the settings were the same as other extensions that work and I attempted to copy the settings from a working extension, to no avail. I also deleted the extension and created it new, but it will not ring into voicemail.

I am very unfamilier with this system, but I have been able to create other new extensions that worked so I hope I am capable.

Does anyone have any advice, or could recommend anything that I could check and/or try, please?

Sounds like the phone isn't call forwarded to voicemail, to call fwd on a busy / NA , it is Intercom # 604, VM hunt group mumber(or first port of VM) , speed dial key , number of seconds to ring on a NA, redial.

This issue has apparently been affecting the users for several years now, and they kind of gave up until mentioning it to me the other day. Now it works, and everyone is so happy!
