Hoping someone can help, I have a customer that has a ctx 100 system in the new building they have moved in to - after there building burnt down; the previous tenants have left no manual or anything for the system, I have downloaded a manual, however need the software to do everything!!

I tried to get the local dealer round here to give me a copy but he wants a 12 month contract and, charge £190 + vat (tax)

does anyone have a copy? i have been searching most of the past week.

Hoping some one can help a stressed out engineer..

do you know what version software the CTX is running?

there is a feature code you can put in the phone to tell the version software. I can find it for you.
