| VM Toshiba 424 I would like to first thank everyone for such a great source for phone knowledge. Now my problem. I am new to the Strata phone system. A user left our company about a month ago and now we want to set that persons phone up for a new user. Guess what? We don't know the old users security code. I have been in the Admin 999 box to the "manage user accounts" location using the 997# security code. When I select ext.214 and choose option 5 to reset SC it tells me it has been reset.........But , to what?????? I have tried 997#...don't work. I have tried many codes but none of them work. I also reset the account and it made no difference. Then I deleted the account and then recreated it. Still, I can not get any of the codes to work. Can someone please help? feel free to E-Mail or PM me with any ideas that might not be allowed in the general forum. |
