strata dk280 w/ stratagy vm - PBX Info :: Your Free PBX, PABX and Telephone Information Resource

I have a Toshiba Strata dk280 hooked up to the Stratagy voice mail. I'm having an issue where if someone calls a specific extension and tries to get the voice mail, it sends them to someone else's voice mail box. I don't know what the deal is. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

did someone maybe do a station to station message? If so, press the message key and let the other phone ring. Pick up the phone that is ringing and that should fix your issue.

If that is not working, sound like some forwarded the phone to another extension instead of vmail.

I've tried hitting the message button and getting it to clear but the message button isn't even blinking. I cleared all the forwarding and re-forwarded the station and it still forwards to the other person's voicemail. Any other suggestions?
