Toshiba CIX670 cannot get Polycom IP4000 to work with the lipu

I installed a Cix670 With three remote locations, the IPT2020's are working fine, cannot get the Polycom IP4000 conf phone to work.
Created the DN, made sure it IS SIP in the station data also made the port number 0107 lipu slot number and not default 0000. Has anyone hooked up a polycom SIP on the CIX, if so any detail setup instructions would be helpful.

I've connected a WIP3000 wireless SIP device to a 670... It is probably close to the same. One of the big things with a SIP device to Toshiba 670 is the credentials to register the device. There should be a username and password in the IP device settings on the 670. and the Domain settings in the phone to register to the LIPU.
