Another Question Regarding Ports & vMail

I have 1 user that is at Extention 11 but for Some reason his voice mail is pointing to Ext 10 ( So if there is a Voice mail On Ext 10 the light lits on both Ext 10 & 11) how can i Change the VM Extention mappings from 10 to 11

You might want to reset the VM id codes (for mwl and cancel) on the set ports. INT, 656, 91, ext number,redial. INT,657,92, ext number,redial. This info can be found in more detail in the voicemail /phone setup user guide.
