Rep Power: 0  Country:  |  Strata CIX670 Phantom DN issue I am setting up a new extension on our Strata CIX670 and am having an issue setting up a second rollover line. When I go into phantom DN under Station, I see all of the other roll over lines for the rest of our extension on our phone system, but I don't see a place to add a new one. Example: my ext is 7106 and under phanton DN my roll over line is ext. 5106. Where do I go to set up 5187 for my ext. 7187 that I just created?  | ||||||||

Location: TX Rep Power: 3 Gender:  Country:    | easy fix... go to key under 7106 extension. on the right side of the page you should see directory extensions, in that tab there is phantom or secondary choice. click that then the button you want to have the secondary appearance. Another window will appear, enter 5106 and the ring assignment. you will also have to add a hunt group with those two extensions in it. Last edited by Bygcland; 04-01-2007 at 11:29 AM. | ||||||||
