Rep Power: 0  Country:  | Strata DK40i help, i'm a newbie First off, Hello and thank you ahead of time. I'm trying to help out a customer who has a 40i, but i don't have a clue about it. I've read the manuals and don't know where to start. Here is the problem: Line one rings only on one phone, i need to make it ring on 2 more phones. there aare about 8 all together. If more info is required letme know and I'll get it. thanks | ||||||||

Location: TX Rep Power: 3 Gender:  Country:    | Once you get into programming thru the phone, if all the lines in the system show up on the rest of the phones, go to program 81 (co ringing assignment) and set the extensions to ring. You will need to know the physical port assignments for each extension. example. extenion 10 is physical port= #00 and so on for each of the other extensions. | ||||||||

Rep Power: 0 Country: | On the DK40, using the manual, use program 04 to list down all the ports/extension. Then, use program 81 (for day ring) or 87 (for night ring). But before you do that, make sure program 40/41 has co lines available to the extensions you want to ring | ||||||||
