Toshiba Strata DK40i, VoiceMail Stratagy DK, admin software?
I have a strata dk40i (i think) its a beige box that sits on the wall maybe 3.5 feet tall and 6-7 feet long. Inside is a card that says strategy DK. I had a computer that used its serial port to connect to voice mail, but that computer has been down for a month. Now I need to change a voice mail password. Does anyone have the voice mail admin software or know how to change the pass using the phones?

you can try to go into the 999 box.....

Unless someone has changed the password it should be 997#

Log into the 999 mailbox, press 8 and follow the prompts to default the security code.

the password 997# does not work for mailbox 999. I tried our default password and that was a no go as well.

I am assuming i cant use hyper terminal on its consol. Is this correct?

I think you will need the admin software for the DK Stratagy. Sorry...
