Over the last few years, and even now, I'ved supported the Norstar and Meridian (Option 11, 61, and 81) phone switches. However, I was asked today to look at our corporate phone switch - which is a Toshiba CIX Enterprise Edition - and make some recommendations on a few voice projects.

Does anyone have a recommendation in terms of where I can go online to get documentation to try and understand the Toshiba switch? Next week I'm going to call the vendor who installed the switch, but was hoping I could get some background prior to speaking with them.
