Rep Power: 0  Country:  | Toshiba Strata Hold Music Very new to this. We have a strata model chsub112a2 v.1c When clients are put on hold we have a little radio that plays music from a radio station for them. My question is that after around 20 seconds or so we want a message to come up and say Thanks for holding, If you wish to continue to hold please to so or to leave a message press 1 (or whatever).... How do you do this? If you need anymore details please ask and i'll try to find that out for you | ||||||||

The real honest way to do it would be to install an Oaisys ACD server. It will let you do what you want to do. PM me and I can give you more info... | ||||||||
