Cool Emanager and IE7

Greetings,

Has anyone had luck running Emanager on IE7? I can't seem to get it to work. I really don't want to keep an IE6 machine sitting around just for this.

Thanks in advance!

Well, you may have to wait a while... Toshiba hasnt come out with the Emanager patch to work with IE7 as yet. I'm sure they are working on it but I think they are trying to stay up with the other manufacturers in other aspects...

I had to revert our laptops back to IE6 for eManager to work. Toshiba released a Tech Bulletin on this last October. If you can get it to work, great, but they won't support it.

Same here. It just sort of froze IE7 and I have to reboot a few times. But I would be very interested if someone has a patch for IE7. Unfortunately, it still does not work with Mozilla Firefox.

I have it working fine locally and remotely (LAN) using IE7. You do need to have java installed for it to work.

Windows XP Pro doesn't come with Java and you have to install it. I'm using the latest version. A Google on Java and download gets a link to the latest.

I have the latest Java but it seems the eManager still gives me problems where multiple extensions are programmed together

I have one guy running ie7 and has emanager running pretty solid. I will check to see what he is doing differently than we are.

By the way There is Java 6 out right now. Just downloaded it for some Apps running the TASKE ACD reporting Web Gui
