Need to reset password on a V.M. Box. The set is a DKT2010-s non/display off of a Strata DK40i. Any help would greatly appreciated. Or pick up some type of cheat sheets on minor programming.

You need to reset it from the 999 administrator mailbox.

How do I go about it?
Do I use a phone with a display? Do I use the ext. that requires the password change? When you say 999 administrator mailbox, is that hitting the keypad 999?
Do I need a laptop to log in on the switch with a DB 9 cable to serial port to get to this 999 administrator Mailbox?
Do I need Toshiba software?
Help!!!!!!

Dial the pilot number to vmail. once it answers hit # then * it should ask you for you user ID. put in 999, it will then ask you to put in a password. It should still be default unless someone has changed it. 999997 should be it.
