Rep Power: 0  Country:  | Stratagy - DnD on 411 mb I'm trying to re-enable the directory listing on a Stratagy at a new site. When you attempt to dial 411 at sys greeting it responds with "sorry can't leave a msg to that id". It is listing DnD as being on in the user stats for that mb, so I'm assuming that is my problem. Is there a way to toggle off DnD on the 411 mb by phone or can it only be done thru the admin software? | ||||||||

Location: Lakeland, Fl Rep Power: 2 Gender:  Country: | You can do it by logging into the mailbox. If the DND has been locked by the admin software, you're dusted! The only way I have found to completly rebuild the 411 mb to default, is the do plug-and-play. That will wipe out and default ALL mailboxes; messages and all! | ||||||||
