CIX670 eManager? - PBX Info :: Your Free PBX, PABX and Telephone Information Resource

My company purchased a CIX670 from a local Telco Vendor, is this supposed to come with eManager or is that a seperate addon that needs to be purchased?

Well,
It depends on who you are dealing with. Supposedly the system comes with a CD that has Emanager on it. It is up to the vendor's descretion to let the end user have it. We as a dealer usually install it on the IT manager's computer and give them a small training class on its functions. We usually charge time and materials for this.
