This is a little crazy...
Whenever this Toshiba Strada CTX28 calls a MITEL 3300ICP with auto-attendant the caller is prompted to enter a mailbox number and password, instead of playing the opening greeting.

I am the Mitel tech, and know very little of the Toshiba.

-The Toshiba is on single lines
-The Mitels are PRI
-Both systems are current
-A caller normally presses # to be prompted for a mailbox from the opening greeting.
-The problem occurs 100% of the time.
-The number is dialed, it is not a speed dial

This problem was cleared up by Telco.

No it was not QSIG.
