Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Toshiba Stratagy System Greeting Hi- I have a problem with the system greeting on my stratagy DX. We rerecorded the greeting... and the directory message. In between the 2, the system has inserted a "Please wait, while I try that extension" message. How do i get rid of this? Right now it is: "Thank you for calling ABC" "[system] Please wait while i try that extension" "If you know your partys extension, please dial 411" I want it to be: "Thank you for calling ABC" "If you know your partys extension, please dial 411" Any help would be great/ | ||||||||

Location: Lakeland Florida Rep Power: 6 ![]() | You mean Stratagy DK The Stratagy (at default) answers with the 990 mailbox for the greeting and then moves to the 991 mailbox for instructions. All mailboxs can have upto 7 greeting recorded so 991 day " if you know the parties ext ..." and greeting 2 could be night " we are closed if you know your....." Do you have access to the Stratagy with the Admin software? | ||||||||
