Toshiba CTX Win Admin - Add an Extension to Pickup

We have Stratagy CTX WinAdmin 2.22A.20 - Currently we have the main reception phone line roll over to one of 3 other lines if the main extension is busy. We wish to add a 4th line to this group. I went into the admin program but cannot find where in the program this function is handled. I would think I would see a setting for the other 3 and simply add the 4th but I am unable to see it under hunt groups, pickup groups, or page groups.

Any ideas where I might check. I feel like I have clicked every possible area in the tool.

Is it possible this was programmed manually on the phone using a quick code?

If you calling the extensions "lines" then I think you would want to look under "multiple call group" under Station.... there you will see how the Multiple call group is configured. Add the new extension to the appropiate group in there.

Bygcland, thanks for the reply. In station under the Multiple call group area, there are currently no multiple call group assignments set up. This leads me to believe they have it set up some other way. Odd. I will read up on the multiple call group and see if I can figure out how to do it that way if I cannot find how it is currently set up.

Bygcland is correct. This feature would be best implemented with a multiple call group. I would suggest that you set a delay on every phone besides the operator so all the phones do not ring at once. Set the delay to 12 seconds on all the but operator and the system will have the call ring only the operator and will wait 12 seconds before ringing the back up phones in case the operator is busy or not at their phone.
