Need help on getting voicemail system up. This is for a Stratagy DK40 harddrive voicemail system. Is there a backdoor password for mailbox 999. Have to reset and Please respond. Thanks.

You will need the admin program to access the system. As there is no backdoor password for a mailbox.

Is this a Stratagy DK card?

Thanks, SSPhone. Yes, This is a add on card to the expansion unit. It says Stratagy DK, has 8 voice ports and a 20GB hard drive.

You will Stratagy Admin software and a null modem cable to do the programming. If you are a Toshiba Cert Tech working for a Dealer you can access this software on the Toshiba FYI web site. Other wise you need to find someone to sell you a copy.
