Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Hello I got a DK40 system for a small business I am trying to get off the ground. I got it hooked up and all seams well except I cannot get into the system to change the greeting etc. They person I got it from says they don't know the password, so not it plays their greeting and extension etc. Can anyone help me. I have tried the 9999997,997,8888 no luck Thanks RF | ||||||||

Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Basically I have the same problem as RF... our company set up the voicemail many years ago and after numberous secretary have left we lost our passcode and now we cant get in to change our company directories and last week we have a poweroutage now the time is wrong in our system.
