Newbie help

I've looked and looked and can't find any decent information on this. Basically, we have certain dates set as holidays. The holiday rolls around but the phone system doesn't go into holiday mode. How can I verify that I have everything set right before I start yelling about the phone system not working right? I appreciate any help.

SES Version 5.055

In the phone system you will have to reboot after making the schedule up that would want to use. Toshiba has had this problem since the inception of the CTX. Supposedly they fixed it in Relese CIX4.0 but I havent had too many customers using the schedule on the 4.0...
