Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Newbie help I've looked and looked and can't find any decent information on this. Basically, we have certain dates set as holidays. The holiday rolls around but the phone system doesn't go into holiday mode. How can I verify that I have everything set right before I start yelling about the phone system not working right?
