Rep Power: 0 ![]() | I got a used Toshiba Straka dk40 w voicemail installed in the expansion pack. I did a 91-9 twice and erased the settings. Now I can't access the voicemail at all to set it up again. How do I enable it again so I can access the Voice mail system? Toshiba Straka dk40 10 extensions stations 10-20 dk16e processor i believe the voicemail in in slot 16 voicemail does not pick up Don't know which port the voicemail is assign to. Do not have dk admin or other access to except through extensions. ![]() | ||||||||

Rep Power: 0 ![]() | You are going to have to go into programming mode and assign the proper card types in the system slots. Do you have programming sheets and a 20 key lcd available for programming?? You'd be working in the dark without. The keysystem won't assign a number block to a card without knowing what kind of card is in the slot. Sounds like you removed the programming on it. | ||||||||
