Couple of ?s on DK424
I've been using ATT/Lucent/Avaya for the past 8 years new job has a Toshiba DK424. Now I have to learn something new

Questions

1)How do I change the display ID for extensions?

2)How do I reprogram the extension associated with the message button on a phoneset?

The Display ca be programed from the phone icm #620 to clear icm #621 to change (use * to backup)

When you say message button do you mean DSS/BLF? If so that has to be done thru system programming program 39.
