Question A manual or something?

I'm trying to change a couple settings on a Telrad system, and I have no idea what to do (when this thing was in it's prime, i was still playing on monkey bars. Something like '94-'95?). It is a Digital S400 system, using the Imagen voice mail system.

I want to change the main line attendant voice mail messages.
I also want to be able to password protect conference lines, so that only people w/ the password can join those lines.

I have searched high and low for some sort of manual to tell me how to perform these actions to no avail. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You will need a programmers kit to be able to program the system. And the PCPsoftware has to match your system software.

Thumbs up

Thanks for your reply SSPhone. My system is a Digital 400 system hooked up to a win95 machine, with the IMAgen software running in dos. I couldn't find anything about changing the auto attendant message, in these menus.

I saw the link in your signature, is this basically what we need? Does it matter which DB we use? There is DB3 through DB7. Once again, thank you.

The PCP software has to match you system software. If you dont know the system software level you can find it on the label of the Memory Cartridge. The Memory Cartridge is mounted on the MPD card. You will need to power the system down if you pull the MPD to check this. Sorry i have to say that even thou you already knew it.
Also the Auto Attendent messages are recorded in the ImaGen Voicemail not the system. If the ImaGen has been setup with AppGen the voicemail programming software you will need a copy of it also to find what prompts need to be changed.

Alright, so under Application Generator is IVM Application, obviously it's installed on the system. Am I going to need something more to set the settings I need, auto attendant message/password protect conference lines? Or do I just need to do it on the application?
I searched through the application and couldn't find any referencing setting the auto attendant message, and there are no options when I dial in with a phone.

Sorry for the late Reply

You need the PCP Programming software for the Phone system. The ImaGen is the voicemail and it uses AppGen to do special things like single digit routing auto attendent prefix......
