| Telrad issues Hello, We have a Telrad PBX system and all has been working pretty well. We have a laptop running the PCP software and a tower machine that has been explained to me as being the "voicemail server". Today i walked into the server room and noticed the (attached image) on the screen. I quickly tried calling our phone number and it just kept ringing and ringing. I tried issueing a ctrl-alt-del but the system was unresponsive. So i hit the reset button and the machine started to boot up. I noticed it created a ram disk (D:\) and then it called "vmcheck -f" at which time it looked like it was copying files from the C:\IVM\S directory to the D:\ drive, and then some files from the C:\IVM\AGP directory also to the D:\ drive. The computer then halts with an error message "Program too big to fit in memory". I checked the D:\ drive and it looks like there are only 6Mb used and 6MB free This particular machine had 64MB of ram in it, i was able to upgrade it to 128MB but we still get the "program too big to fit in memory" error Another thing i should mention is that when i ran a "dir" on the C:\IVM\S\ directory the system hung (couldn't even toggle numlock) and i had to reset the system. I have tried unplugging it and leaving it for a little while to help clear the RAM but still nothing. now running a scnadisk to see what it may find. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance! |
